The following Privacy Policy (these “Policy”) govern your privacy and use of the MatchCasts website (the “Site”), all other services provided by MatchCasts platform and associated tools (collectively, the “Service”) made available by MatchCast Pte. Ltd. (“MatchCasts”, “our”, “us”, or “we”. Those Services and the Site are collectively referred to as the “Service” in this Privacy Policy.

Overview

MatchCasts provides an audio advertising platform between brands and podcasters. As a brand user, you will be creating an advertising campaign on MatchCasts platform for the purpose of being matched with a podcast to run your campaign. As a podcaster user, you will input your podcasts and its relevant information for the purpose of bring matched with a brand advertiser advertising campaign.

This Privacy Policy explains what Personal Data (defined below) we collect, how we use and share that data, and your choices concerning our data practices. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Use.

Before using the Service or submitting any Personal Data to MatchCasts, please review this Privacy Policy carefully and contact us if you have any questions. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not access the Site or otherwise use the Service.

Personal Data We Collect

We collect information that alone or in combination with other information in our possession could be used to identify you (“Personal Data”) as follows:

Personal Data You Provide: We collect Personal Data when you register for and use the Service, contact us with inquiries or otherwise communicate with us. The Personal Data collected during these interactions may vary based on what you choose to share with us, but it may include your personal details such as  name, email address, password, phone number, address, country and state of residence or corporate details such as your business email, address, corporate logo provided to create a MatchCasts profile, Campaign details, and any messages and requests for customer support sent through the Service.

In addition, we collect the bank account and/or payment card information necessary to ensure payments can be processed by our payment processor Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”). Accordingly, information related to your transactions through the Service is processed according to Stripe’s services agreement and privacy policy.

When you visit, use and interact with the Service, we may receive certain information about your visit, use or interactions. These include:

  • Log data: Information that your browser automatically sends whenever you visit our Site (“log data”). Log data includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type and settings, the dates and times you access the Site and how you interacted with the Site.
  • Cookies: We use cookies to operate and administer our Site, gather usage data on our Site to improve your experience. A “cookie” is a piece of information sent to your browser by a website you visit. Cookies can be stored on your computer for different periods of time. Some cookies expire after a certain amount of time, or upon logging out (session cookies), others survive after your browser is closed until a defined expiration date set in the cookie (as determined by the third party placing it), and help recognize your computer when you open your browser and browse the Internet again (persistent cookies). We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link, control the marketing emails you receive by updating your settings through your account instructions provided in any email we send.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your Children have provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a children under age 18 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

The Service may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by MatchCasts, including social media services (“Third Party Sites”). The information that you share with Third Party Sites will be governed by the specific privacy policies and terms of service of the Third Party Sites and not by this Privacy Policy. By providing these links we do not imply that we endorse or have reviewed these sites. Please contact the Third Party Sites directly for information on their privacy practices and policies.

In certain circumstances providing Personal Data is optional. However, if you choose not to provide Personal Data that is needed to use some features of our Services, you may be unable to use those features. You can also contact us to ask us to update or correct your Personal Data.

The Service, and our business may change from time to time. As a result we may change this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do we will post an updated version on this page. By continuing to use our Service or providing us with Personal Data after we have posted an updated Privacy Policy, or notified you by other means if applicable, you consent to the revised Privacy Policy and practices described in it.
